  • We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, reach out to us at info@coeternal.co.

  • If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location: Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics can’t be returned for safety reasons. Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. in that case, email  info@coeternal.co within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Check out our returns and exchange page for more details.

  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

  • Email us at info@coeternal.co with your order number and reason for return. If your item is eligible, we’ll send instructions for shipping it back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
