5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your Coeternal order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Opened skincare items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  
• Final sale items, promotional gifts, and discounted bundles are not eligible for return.
  
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@coeternal.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  
• For eligible returns, email info@coeternal.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping it back.
  
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

• Colors may look different depending on your device’s display.
